MG series disposable hemoperfusion cartridge has the ability to adsorb large molecular toxins and protein-bound toxins in patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD). Combined with hemodialysis treatment, it can reduce the symptoms of complications and improve the quality of life of patients.
1. Structure and performance
This product is composed of adsorption cap, adsorption cover, gasket, filter screen, mesh frame, column, adsorbent and filling liquid. The cylinder and adsorption cover are made of medical grade polycarbonate; the adsorbent is macroporous adsorption resin. Blood flow should flow from the red end (arterial end) to the blue end (venous end) of the product. The maximum blood flow is ≤250mL/min, and the pressure of 100kPa can be tolerated.
2. Main scope of application
This product is suitable for hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis in patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD).
3. Product Mechanism
The relative specific adsorption of the product to medium and large molecular toxins originates from the pore size of the adsorbent, the screening ability determined by the structure, and the adsorption caused by van der Waals force and hydrogen bonding.
4. ContraindicationsThere are no absolute contraindications. Use with caution in patients with severe thrombocytopenia, cytopenia or other coagulation disorders.
5. Validity period
2 years
